Returns and Damaged Items
Factory-sealed booster boxes are non-returnable for personal preference. We only accept a return or replacement request when the item arrives damaged.
To request a review, contact pokepulldept@wlqpokewax.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the shipping damage and the intact factory seal.
Items that have been opened or have a broken factory seal are not eligible for return based on personal preference. Do not send anything back before receiving return instructions.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
